January 8 - February 29 -   JWA International celebrates its 40^th Anniversary in the Year of the Dragon with a special Gallery Exhibition of Fine Chinese Snuff Bottles.  Viewing and sales by appointment only.

January 31 – February 6   The Winter Miami Beach Antique Show
JWA will be showing.

January 21 -29  The Brussels Antiques and Fine Arts Fair
Bertrand de Lavergne will be showing 140 bottles.

February 2- 5  The Arts of Pacific Asia Show in San Francisco
The Asian Art Studio, Clare and Michael Chu will exhibit.
Xanadu Gallery, Marsha Vargas will exhibit.
Scholar’s Art, Ning Wang will exhibit.

March 16-25  The European Art Fair Maastricht, The Netherlands
Robert Hall will exhibit.

March 21-25  The Arts of Pacific Asia Show in New York
The Asian Art Studio, Clare and Michael Chu will exhibit.
Xanadu Gallery, Marsha Vargas will exhibit.

 

AUCTIONS:

Bonhams New York will include snuff bottles in its Chinese Works of Art sale on March 20, 2012.

Christie’s New York will have 70 snuff bottles in its Chinese Works of Art sale on March 23, 2012.

Bonhams Hong Kong will be auctioning Part V of the Collection of Mary and George Bloch on May 25/26, 2012.

I.M. Chait holds auctions which include snuff bottles every month. Their best snuff bottles are reserved for their Fine Arts Auctions held in January, March, May, July, and November.
