Dear Fellow Member:
I am writing to give you formal notice of the annual mid year general membership meeting of the ICSBS to be held in Pasadena, California at the Pacific Asia Museum, 46 N Los Robles Avenue on Sunday, April 27, 2008, at 10:00 AM. A continental breakfast will be served to the attendees.
The Nominating Committee has selected the following members for election to the Board: Marion Bozzo, Robert Chasin and Ning “Dick” Wang. Please refer to the enclosed attachment for a profile of each of the nominees.
Besides election of Directors, we will discuss future conventions and other issues of importance to the Society.
If you are not able to attend, you may appoint a member who will be in attendance at the meeting as your proxy. That member will need to provide evidence of your proxy to the assembly and such may be provided by a written statement or an electronic transmission.
If you plan to attend the meeting, please respond by returning the enclosed registration from by April 14, 2008.
Also enclosed is the program and contact information for the Joint meeting of the Southern/Northern California Chinese Snuff Bottle Collectors Groups that will precede this meeting on Saturday, April 26, 2008.
