Opening of New Chinese Snuff Bottle Museum in Beijing
May 27-30, 2011 will mark the opening date of the new museum featuring inside-painted Chinese snuff bottle by such master artists as Wang Xisan, Liu Shouben, Dong Xue and others.
The name of the museum is China Snuff Bottle & Zisha Teapot Museum.
Below is the schedule of events for all guest-participants. The organizers have made it flexible so guests can choose either a 4 or 5-day program to suit their schedule, please see the program below. All members of ICSBS are welcome. The hotel headquarters is: Hua Shan Yuan Hot Spring Hotel (located very near the museum).
26 May 2011
- Arrival of guests, check-in at 5-star hotel near China Snuff Bottle Beijing Museum.
- 7 p.m. - Welcoming dinner for all guests, hosted by Mr. Wang Zhiyong.
27 May 2011
- 8 a.m. - Breakfast at hotel
- 10 a.m. - Opening ceremony, Inaugural exhibition on Yeo Kong Hoo's inside painting snuff bottle collection.
- 12 noon - Lunch host by Wang Xisan
- 2:30 p.m. - Lecture on "Snuff bottle development"
- 7 p.m. - Buffer dinner ICSBS members function - (including 25-30 new ICSBS members who would be signing during the opening ceremony).

- 6:30 a.m. - Breakfast
- 8 a.m. - Depart to Shijiazhuang Xisan museum by coach buses
- 11:30 a.m. - Arrival at Shijiazhuang Xisan museum
- 1 p.m. - lunch host by Shijiazhuang museum
- 3 p.m. - lecture on "Inside Painting Art - Past & Present"
- 4:30 p.m. - Departure by coach buses to Beijing
- 8 p.m. - dinner host by Beijing Museum
29 May 2011
- 8 a.m. - Breakfast
- 9:30 a.m. - Visit Forbidden City Palace Museum
- 1 p.m. - lunch
- 2:30 p.m. - 2008 Olympic sites
- 6 p.m. - return to hotel
- 7:30 p.m. - dinner

- Optional tour to Great Wall of China.
